All of our coffee is specialty-grade and ethically traded. We focus on long-term relationships and responsible sourcing practices, choosing lots that reflect quality, sustainability, and care at origin. Each coffee is evaluated based on cup quality, farm process, and sustainable practices before it ever reaches our roastery.
We partner with Temecula Coffee Roasters to bring our coffees to life. When you place an order through Honeydrip Coffee Co., your coffee is roasted in small batches based on real customer demand—not warehouse inventory. That means your coffee isn’t sitting pre-roasted on a shelf waiting to be sold. It’s roasted when you order it.
At Temecula Coffee Roasters, roasting happens frequently in controlled small batches to maintain consistency and character in every lot. Profiles are developed using precision Ikawa sample roasters, allowing us to test and refine each coffee before scaling it to 10kg and 15kg drum roasters. Once the ideal roast profile is established, it’s carefully transferred to production roasters to ensure consistency from batch to batch.
Our roasting and fulfillment process is built around responsiveness and quality. Orders are often packed and shipped the same day they’re roasted—or the following day—helping minimize storage time and preserve the full character of the coffee.
