At Honeydrip Coffee, your satisfaction matters. Because our coffee is freshly roasted and custom-prepared for every order, we handle returns a little differently than mass-produced products—but we always aim to make things right.

Fresh Coffee Policy

All of our coffee is roasted to order, which means we’re unable to accept physical returns. Returned coffee must be discarded and cannot be resold. Instead of asking you to ship coffee back, we focus on fast resolutions and replacements when something goes wrong.


If There’s an Issue With Your Order

If we make an error—such as sending the wrong grind, incorrect product, or labeling issue—we’ll fix it.

  • We’ll send a replacement at no cost to you

  • Shipping will be expedited whenever possible

Simply contact us and we’ll take care of the rest.


✔️ Shipping Issues or Carrier Problems

If your order is damaged in transit, lost, stolen, or marked as delivered but not received, we’ll work with you to find the best solution.

  • In many cases, we’ll replace the order to keep things simple

  • Carrier claims may be filed when applicable

  • Our goal is always to keep you happy and enjoying your coffee

If an incorrect address or order detail was provided at checkout, we’ll still do our best to help.

What We Don’t Require

We believe returning coffee wastes time, shipping, and fresh product—so we focus on solutions instead.
