Shipping policy
At Honeydrip Coffee, freshness is everything. Every order is custom-made after it’s placed to ensure you receive coffee at its peak flavor.
Order Processing
All Honeydrip Coffee orders are roasted to order. Once you place an order, your coffee enters our production queue, where labels are printed on demand and coffee is batched and roasted during regular business days.
Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days. This processing time allows our roasters to prepare fresh batches rather than shipping pre-roasted inventory.

Orders begin processing immediately after purchase.

Once an order has entered fulfillment, it cannot be modified or canceled.

Changes to orders must be requested immediately after placing your order.

After roasting and packaging, orders are shipped via one of our trusted carriers:

Shipping time after dispatch is typically 1–5 business days, depending on your location. In most cases, customers receive their coffee within 3–10 business days total from the date the order is placed (processing + transit).
Tracking Information
Once your order is prepared for shipment, you will receive a tracking number via email.
If your tracking shows “Pre-Shipment”, this means your order has been packaged and labeled and is awaiting carrier pickup. Carrier scans may occur later the same or next business day.
Shipping Method
Shipping method and packaging are selected based on what is most appropriate for each order to ensure safe delivery and optimal freshness. We do not currently offer expedited shipping, as rushing the process compromises quality and creates unrealistic delivery expectations for freshly roasted coffee.
