Papua New Guinea Paraka Koi Natural is a fruit-forward single-origin coffee from Ulya in Papua New Guinea’s Jiwaka Province. Grown at elevations between 1,500 and 1,700 meters, this coffee brings together Bourbon, Arusha and Typica varieties.
After harvesting, the coffee undergoes a full natural process and is sun-dried. This method helps develop layers of blueberry, plum and spiced apple cider, complemented by rose, nutmeg and chocolate.
Roasted to a medium profile, Papua New Guinea Paraka Koi Natural is an excellent choice for coffee drinkers who enjoy distinctive fruit, floral and spice notes.
