This method contributes to Bali coffee’s distinctive bluish color and balanced flavor.

Subak Abian traditions reflect Tri Hita Karana, a philosophy centered on harmony among people, the environment, and God. Producer information describes these cultivation practices as avoiding synthetic fertilizers and pesticides.
