This medium-roast coffee comes from Cerro Las Ranas in Apaneca, Ahuachapán, El Salvador, produced by Jose Antonio Salaverria and his family at JASAL. Grown at high elevation in volcanic loam soils and honey processed, this coffee reflects meticulous farming and careful post-harvest handling.
Bright lemonade-like acidity leads the cup, balanced by sweet praline notes and a smooth, rounded body. The honey process adds gentle sweetness and depth while maintaining clarity, resulting in a clean, balanced finish that’s expressive yet approachable.
